Tickets are strictly for event access, not product. No shows forfeit their seat. 
We have a zero refund policy on event tickets, consider this before purchase.

Kits will be handed out when players take their seats for deck building.

Booster prizes will be awarded on the day and ticket holders may put their name down to reserve a display box of Unleashed on release.
